Refund Policy
At Aklank College, we strive to provide quality education and ensure the satisfaction of our students. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that necessitate a refund. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted and the process for requesting a refund.
Tuition and Fees Refunds
Eligibility for Refunds

Refund Process
Submitting a Refund Request
- To request a refund, students must submit a written request to the college administration, including their name, contact information, course details, and the reason for the withdrawal. Requests can be submitted via email or in person at the college office.
Processing Time
- Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 14 business days from the date of receipt. Students will be notified of the decision and the refund amount, if applicable, via email.
Refund Method
- Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card. For payments made by cash or check, refunds will be issued by check.
Exceptions and Special Circumstances
Aklank College understands that exceptional circumstances may arise. In cases of medical emergencies, military deployment, or other significant events beyond the student’s control, the college may consider exceptions to the standard refund policy. Students should contact the college administration to discuss their specific situation and provide supporting documentation.
