Department of home science today ( 23/11/22) organised work shop on tie and dye techniques to enhance skill development amongst students of graduate and post graduate level. Tie-dye is a resist-dyeing technique that often uses bright, saturated colors and bold patterns. To tie dye, first, fold or crumple fabric and tie it with string or rubber bands. Then, dip the fabric in buckets of dye, or apply the dye with squirt bottles.
